Ousted leader of Mongols motorcycle club denies he was a confidential informant for ATF

LOS ANGELES (KABC) — There’s a new twist in a federal situation now marked by murder and mayhem. The Mongols Motorbike Club was convicted in late 2018 of racketeering and conspiracy. Now the Mongols want a new demo and say their former president, David Santillan, was a private informant for the ATF.

The explosive allegations come immediately after a secretly recorded online video surfaced of Santillan conversing to his wife about the guide ATF agent on the situation — John Ciccone.

Eyewitness Information has attained the movie that was recorded in June of 2021 when David Santillan was drunk and despondent. He and his spouse, Annie, were estranged right after he had an affair.
