The Union Wellness Ministry has not issued any rules recommending putting on of a mask if an individual is driving a car or truck or cycling alone, a top rated govt official reported on Thursday.
However, if someone is working out, biking or jogging in a team, they must have on masks and retain social distancing so as not to infect each other, Secretary in the Union Wellness Ministry Rajesh Bhushan said at a press briefing.
