Greenworks eCycle 60V Electric Motorcycle

Having exhausted everything on four wheels, Greenworks Tools has made the leap to pioneering the eCycle. The Greenworks eCycle is the world’s first commercial electric motorcycle that runs on power tool batteries.

The Greenworks 60V Electric Motorcycle, or eCycle, boasts a top speed of 160 mph. It goes from 0-60 in just 2.8 seconds. Powered by 16 Greenworks Pro 60V 8Ah batteries, the eCycle has an effective range of 650 miles. It accomplishes this largely due to built-in regenerative braking system on the front and rear wheels. These recharge the batteries as you drive.

Greenworks overlaid the carbon fiber frame of the electric motorcycle with seamless solar panels. They recapture energy from the sun while sparkling the vehicle outside or when driving*. A slim front-mounted LED headlight illuminates the road at night while a top-mounted OLED control panel handles such things as starting, charge levels, GPS navigation, and GrubHub online ordering.

The Greenworks eCycle is expected to retail for $40,100. It will be available starting April 1, 2022 at Tractor Supply and other select Greenworks Tools dealers.

Greenworks is already working on their next model which will address a more entry-level audience, the Greenworks ProPed 60V battery-powered moped.
